Every user guide task, one page each. Old links to this page still work.
This guide describes the customer web app. Your project name and colours may differ, but the routes and account behavior below apply to every workspace.
The user guide is now one page per task:
- Create and verify an account: Register with your name, email, and password, then confirm your email address.
- Sign in and recover access: Sign in with your email and password, or reset a forgotten password by email.
- Find your way around: The dashboard, the navigation on each device, and global search.
- Settings and sign out: Update your profile, theme, and installation, and sign out of this device.
- Two-factor authentication: Ask for a code from an authenticator app when you sign in.
- Active sessions: See the devices signed in to your account and sign out any you do not recognize.
- Download your data: Save a copy of your personal data as a file.
- Delete your account: Remove your account permanently, confirmed by email.
- Create and switch organizations: Create a workspace for your team and switch between the ones you belong to.
- Invite a member: Invite someone by email as a member or admin, and accept an invitation.
- A new version is available: What the update notice means and how to refresh without losing work.
- Offline behavior: What the installed app shows without a connection, and what it never stores.
